"Looking for some Hot Stuff Baby come on...Looking for some hot stuff..."
This is one of the songs in the Wii game "Just Dance 2" I just did about 7 songs and spent 35 min exercising by doing these dances. It went by really quickly, and I was breaking a sweat, and my heart rate was up. My girls also did it with me. So much fun.

Also the other one we dace to all day long so far is the "Michael Jackson Experience". Seriously the kids have played it for about 6 hours a day. Its a cool thing too, on the main menu of the wii, it will show you how long the wii was played for each day and by who. We have gotten our money's worth out of this cool machine. It has been played every day since Christmas for at least 6 hours every day. Such a fun couple of games. Hopefully we will all loose a little weight in the process. This gaming system is a great way to have fun together and to get a little exercise in the process.
